Growing up with
Disney
has been an incredible experience. From the moment I watched a
Disney
for the first time as a child, I was hooked. The stories, the characters and the music fascinated me. As I got older, I began to appreciate the deeper messages and themes that
Disney
movies had to offer. I was inspired by the courage and determination of the characters, and moved by the heartfelt moments of joy and sadness.

In my twenties, I discovered theme parks. On my first trip, I was mesmerized by everything that came before my eyes. From the iconic Cinderella Castle to the thrilling attractions, I was in awe. From that moment on, I made it a point to go back as often as possible and that’s what I did.

Over the years, my research and experiences have taught me many good practices and I am happy to share them with you as you prepare for your trip. In addition, I have participated in all of the training sessions offered by theDisney Institute in order to fully understand the business model, because the magic must begin the moment you contact me.
