My first memory of Disney was in December 1977: I was on my father’s shoulders, surrounded by lights! It’s so beautiful, so magical!
It’s that feeling that always gets me every time I walk through the doors. Naturally, I wanted to share this dream world with my children. 2007 was the year of their first visit, and for me, a first complete experience of the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Love at first sight!
How do they always manage to touch my heart in such a way? Seeing my children’s eyes, full of happiness and stars, was the highlight for me.
Since then, our magical vacations have been a mix of a week at Disney, followed by a week by the sea.
For me, that’s what Disney is all about: magic, fantasy, excitement no matter how many times you go, no matter how old you are. I’ve made some of my fondest memories there, and I intend to keep going. Now that my children are exploring the world, I go back with friends and sometimes on my own to feel that frenzy again and recharge my batteries!
But I’ve added a new passion to my Disney “madness”: planning your dream trips, your wonderful memories, your precious moments. I devote myself to it as if it were my own adventure, and find as much happiness in it as if it were my own journey. My favorite attraction: Flight of Passage (Avatar) and the Satu’li Canteen restaurant: Yum!
Favourite park: It’s very difficult, I hesitate between Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park.
Other sites visited: SeaWorld Orlando and, of course, Universal Orlando Resort.
Next destination: Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California and Disneyland Paris.
Not to mention a first cruise with Disney Cruise Line…
