How Disney Accessibility Service (DAS) works

The Disney Accesibility Service (DAS) aims to reduce waiting times to help visitors who have difficulty tolerating long waits in a conventional queuing environment due to a disability. DAS has two components: advance reservations and same-day reservations.

Advance bookings

The first component of the Disney Accessibility Service (DAS) is the reservation of return hours for attractions or experiences. The first step is to register as a visitor with access to the Disney Accessibility Service (DAS) return hours service. Visitors eligible for Disney Accessibility Service (DAS) can virtually pre-register for a video call with a staff member for arrival between 30 and 2 days of your stay at the Walt Disney World Resort. During this video call, you will be able to reserve 2 return time slots per day.

Same-day booking

During your stay, you can also take advantage of other Disney Accessibility Service (DAS) return times directly in your My Disney Experience application. During your visit to a park, you’ll see a button appear in your app. All members of your group will have access to a return time, as long as the disabled visitor takes advantage of the selection. You can return at any time after your scheduled return time. When your Disney Accessibility Service (DAS) return time is used up, you’ll be able to select a new return time.

Is the DAS system available for popular rides, such as those offering individual Lightning Lanes?

Yes! This means you’ll have access to same-day rides with your DAS, such as Avatar Flight of Passage or Tron Lightcycle / Run!

Is the DAS system available for special evenings?

Yes! Instead, you’ll need to go directly to the desired experience and ask the Cast Member on site for a DAS. He will then give you a return time!

Is there a DAS system for parades or fireworks displays?

No. However, there are places reserved for people with disabilities. Ask a Cast Member!
