Conditions of use of tickets

Tickets do not have to be used on consecutive days. You have 2 to 4 days more than the duration of your ticket to enjoy it. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Important information for Canadian residents

• Proof of residency: All adults must present proof of Canadian residency when using the ticket for the first time.
• Advance purchase: This offer is only available online. Tickets cannot be purchased at the Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket offices in Orlando, Florida.
• Limited capacity: Entry to the parks is subject to capacity limitations, and some attractions may be closed or cancelled without notice.

Water park information

• Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon: Currently open and included in some ticket options. This water park will close on November 4 for maintenance.
• Disney’s Blizzard Beach: Currently closed, this water park will open on November 4, 2024.
• Reservation conditions for water parks may change depending on restrictions.
