Take advantage of personalized services from our travel planners, all of whom are graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge and regularly travel to the various Disney Destinations.
Our booking and planification services are offered with all of the following reservations at no additional charge:
- Purchase of a minimum of 3 day tickets
- A Walt Disney World Resort package in Florida with a minimum of 3 nights in a Disney or Good Neighborᴹᴰ hotel + 3 days of theme park tickets
- A Disneyland Resort package in California with a minimum of 2 nights in a Disney hotel + 3 days of theme parks tickets
- A cruise aboard the Disney Cruise Line
- A package at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spawith a minimum of 3 nights hotel stay
- An international trip with Adventures by Disney
Free services with our Disney Travel Agents
- Booking packages or stays for your vacation at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or Disneyland Resort in California;
- Purchasing tickets for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park: basic tickets, or with options; and special events
- Purchase of airline tickets from Quebec;
- Mears Connect reservations (fee-based shuttle service betweenOrlando International Airport (MCO) and your on-site hotel);
- Set up of the My Disney Experience application for your travel;
- Reservations for Park Passes;
- Advice, booking and assistance for restaurant reservations and the use of mobile ordering;
- Reservations for special activities such as princess makeovers at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique;
rounds of golf at Disney’s Magnolia Golf Course, etc; - Purchase of tickets for special events such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (or Disney After Hours Boo Bash), Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (or Disney Very Merriest After Hours)
- Production and sending of an E-Brochure on request;
- Follow up on Disney promotions and update rates when announced late for your stay already booked with us (subject to availability, conditions apply);
- Invoicing by email and follow-up for final payment.
